How to use Status Settings

Turn your customer journey map into a change plan. Here is how you use the feature "status settings" on the cards

Did you know that you don't need two versions of your journey maps; one ASIS map (The current state) and one TOBE map(The future vision)?

In Custellence you can have both in the same map. By using the really cool feature called Status settings in the cards, you and your team can visualize progress.  Should something be created, stay as it is, or should it be removed?


Use the status settings on the card to show whether the step, activity or solution shall be:

  • created

  • removed

  • or stay as it is
