Move a card: Click and hold on a card and move it to where you want it. 

Resize a card: Hover over the right edge of a card, then click and drag the card to extend it.

Note: Make sure you don't have any lanes frozen, as this will prevent you from editing them. If they are, just click on "unfreeze lanes"
