How to share a map

1. Open the map

2. Click on  “Share”.
3. Type in your team member's email address, and click on "send invitation". If the person you're sharing with is part of your workspace, you will see the name in a drop-down list when starting to type.

3. Next to the email address of your collaborators, you can set the permission levels for the collaborators on the map :

  • Viewers can view the map only

  • Editors can also edit the map

  • Admins can edit, copy and share the map

  • If a person is a guest collaborator on your map, it means that they can only have view right to the maps you are sharing with them.

Note: The only one that can delete a map is the owner of the map. There is only one owner per map, but there can be several admins, editors, and viewers

How to share a public link to the map

Instead of sharing with other Custellence users, you can share the map by making the map public. That means that everyone with the link can view the map in their web browser without having to sign in to Custellence:

  1. Click on the "Make Map Public", and copy the link that appears.

  2. You can turn the map public at any time, as well as turn it off.
